Gate Policy
All bags are subject to search upon entry to the festival site. You can help keep the lines moving quickly by leaving large bags at home.
Jubilee!JAM permits you to bring in the following items:
- Blankets
- Rain Coats, ponchos and jackets
- Baby Strollers
- Portable/collapsible chair (individual units only; no "double-wide" connecting chairs). Chairs cannot be set up directly in front of a stage.
- Regular-size/unframed backpacks
- Binoculars
- Personal camera equipment (i.e. small digital cameras or point-and-click 35mm cameras). Cameras with any type of detachable lenses are prohibited.
The following items are prohibited:
- Weapons of any kind
- Illegal substances (including narcotics) or drug paraphernalia
- Framed or large backpacks
- Alcohol (alcohol will be sold at Jubilee!JAM)
- Glass containers
- Food or beverages (vendors will be selling you favorite foods and beverages)
- Skateboards, bicycles, scooters or personal motorized vehicles
- Large chains, wallet chains or spiked jewelry
- Fireworks or explosives
- Umbrellas
- Non-collapsible chairs
- Coolers & Ice Chests
- Tents
- Pets (except service dogs)
- Video equipment: No video recording will be allowed.
- Professional still camera equipment (no detachable lenses, no tripods, big zooms, or commercial use rigs)
- Audio recording equipment
- No illegal vending is permitted. No unauthorized/unlicensed vendors allowed.
- Unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling, give-aways, etc
- Metal aerosol containers, including sunscreen
Cash and Credit Cards
If contemplating what monetary currency to bring, consider the following facts:
There are ATMs at several locations throughout the festival grounds with applicable service fees. Some vendors may accept credit cards, but not all.
Security & Safety
We are making every effort to create a safe and secure environment on the Festival grounds. On-site security will be provided by the Jackson Police Department and a private security company.
Emergency medical staff will be available on site. If you need any assistance, go to the medical tent, or look for a police officer or festival staff member.
